Tiago Andrade holds a degree in Management from ISCTE Business School – Lisbon, Portugal.

Since September 2015 – Commercial Director for IOT and Smart Cities – at COMPTA Emerging Business,
responsible for business development, national and international partner channels, commercial team

Between 2006 and 2015 was a shareholder and general manager of Lifetime Great Experiences, a
company of New Media and Brand Activation, responsible for the development of several innovative
projects worldwide – Vodafone (Video Print), TMN (EMCARGA), Toyota España Experience), with offices
in Lisbon, Luanda (Angola) and São Paulo (Brazil).

Between 2005 and 2006 he was Executive Director of WM – New Marketing Concepts, responsible
company (among others) for the development of the entire Relational Marketing project for BACARDI
MARTINI – World Leader Company of Spirits Beverages;

Between 2003 and 2005 – was General Manager of Business and Operations of the National
Investment Bank, a bank of São Toméan law with private business strategy for oil companies present in
that territory.

Between 2002 and 2003 he developed the area ofcostumer care for Air Luxor (current HI FLY) and other
consulting actions for group companies.
